Something not adding up? Tell us.

Support for every S-Curve Labs product (Power BI visuals, MCP servers and browser tools) comes from the people who build them. Email us and we'll answer, usually within a few business days.

Getting a fast answer

What helps us reproduce a problem the first time.

1Power BI visuals

Please include:

  • The visual's name, and its version if you can see it.
  • Where it happens: Power BI Desktop (with its version, from Help → About), the Power BI service in a browser (which browser), the mobile app, an embedded report, or an export to PDF or PowerPoint.
  • What you expected and what you saw, with a screenshot of the visual and its Format pane.
  • The fields bound to the visual and roughly how many rows they hold.
  • If you can, a small .pbix that shows the problem with made-up data.

2MCP servers

Please include:

  • The server name and version (pip show <name>, or the version you installed from PyPI).
  • Your operating system, Python version, and the MCP client you use (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, or another).
  • The tool your assistant called, the arguments it passed, and the full error text it got back.
  • For letin, dax-quax and fxray: the Excel, Power BI Desktop or Power Platform CLI version involved. For sqlglass: the SQL Server version.

3Browser tools

Tell us the tool, your browser and its version, and the type of file you opened (for example a P6 .xer export, with the P6 version that wrote it). These tools run entirely in your tab, so a console screenshot (F12 → Console) often shows exactly what went wrong.

4Sharing files safely

Please don't send us confidential reports, models, schedules or databases. A cut-down copy with made-up names and numbers that still shows the problem is almost always enough. If a problem only shows up with real data, tell us and we'll work out a safe way to look at it together.

Anything you do send is handled as described in our privacy policy: kept only to answer you, never shared or sold.

5Licensing and terms

  • Power BI visuals from Microsoft AppSource are licensed under the Standard Contract for the Microsoft commercial marketplace, the same terms your organization may already have approved for other marketplace offers.
  • Paid visuals: Microsoft handles purchases, billing and license assignment. Billing questions go to Microsoft; we can help with which features a license turns on.
  • MCP servers are open source under the MIT license. Each package on PyPI includes its license text.

6Feature requests

Tell us what you're trying to do and where the tool gets in the way. A sentence about the job (a monthly cost report, a schedule review, a model cleanup) helps more than a list of settings. We read every request, and the ones that come up more than once tend to ship.
